Dragons:

Kaju AZ Bingo
Needed: 30 second timer

Parents: Print out one Bingo card per participant and one extra. Cut the extra copy for the drawing pieces.  I have included a sheet of logos which can be used as the chip/markers.

NOTE: In order for a person to put their chip on the called square, they need to do the activity for 30 seconds.

Also, do your April 2020 homework. Bring in when we re-open for your star! (Below)

What is your favorite food and why?  How will this food help (or hurt you) reach your Kaju goals?

JUNIORS & ADULTS:
CrossPIT warmup (attached)

Day 1: Pinons & Concentrations – to your limit. Do each 10 times. Write each one out. Read to your parents and see if it makes sense. Say verbally (without reading) your pinons and concentrations. (Do you need clarification on anything? Text Aunty!)

Fine tune your stances: Front, Back, Lion, Cat, Horse – do each and hold for 30 seconds/then 45 seconds/then 60. REMINDER: Back straight, down low!

Day 2: Review Back Grabs and Quick Tricks for Juniors/Punch Techniques for Adults. Do each one 10 times. Write each one out. Read and then verbally describe them without reading.  BONUS:  Try both sides (if you are right handed, do left, etc).

Fine tune your stances: Front, Back, Lion, Cat, Horse – do each and hold for 30 seconds/then 45 seconds/then 60. REMINDER: Back straight, down low!

Why do we do Pinons and Concentrations?  Why are these important in our Kaju training?  Do you know where Kaju AZ (Corder Method) Pinons and concentrations originate from (founder, style, etc).
